the second form regards important information about our late cancellations/reschedules and no show policies, this does require a signature.

the consultation + service
We offer free in depth consultations with any service. Your consultations can be done before or day of your appointment depending on your preferred stylist level of booking. You will discuss your at home routine, hair and skin history, and desired results. Everyone’s needs differ but on average, consultations are typically between 10-15 minutes.
Our goal is always to provide the highest quality of service, and that comes with asking a lot of the RIGHT questions.
After your Consultation, it is time for your service! whether you are scheduled out for your service or getting it same day- enjoy the ease and fun of the final process.
