We are located on the ground floor of the Connect Decatur apartment building, at the corner of Sams St and East College Avenue. We are directly behind the Marta bus stop off of East College with our doors facing the street.

There are plenty of parking free parking options. Street parking is available, as well as access to the Marta parking garage and the open surface lot by the credit union.

We strongly suggest booking an appointment but we do our best to accommodate same day requests. Please text or call for same day availability.

We do require deposits for weddings and may require them for larger hourly services. All other services do not require a deposit. ALL services do require a card on file when reserving to support our late cancellation/reschedule and no show policy.

Yes, we ask for a 48hr notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Please review detailed information on this policy on our policies page

Please reach out ASAP if you are running late. We allow a 15 minute grace period for the majority of appointments, with the exception of any service that is booked for 30 minutes or less. If your ETA falls outside of our given buffer, your appointment may result in a reschedule and possible charge for the missed appointment.

If it is your first time to the salon we ask to allow extra time as it can sometimes be a challenge to find us. After your first visit, there is no need to arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Come as you are! However, if you are receiving hair services; bulky hoodies, turtle necks, expensive or light colored articles can be at risk to staining and may get in the way.

We encourage leaving your kids at home so you can enjoy your full experience with us.

We do have some service providers that offer kids cuts- we do not however, have alternative pricing for kids services.

Text is our preferred method as we do not always have a receptionist staffed to answer calls.
