What to Expect
The Pre-Visit
After booking your appointment, we will also send you an online form to complete.
This form covers allergies, sensory accommodations, your at-home care routines, and our policies. This will allow us to serve you better on the day of your service.
After confirming your appointment, you will receive a text reviewing directions and parking upon arrival.
We offer free in depth consultations with any service.
Your consultations can be done before or day of your appointment depending on your preferred stylist level of booking. Every stylist differs but on average consultations last between 10-15 minutes.
You will discuss your at home routine, hair and skin history, and desired results.
Our goal is always to provide the highest quality of service, and that comes with asking a lot of the RIGHT questions.

We offer free service adjustments within a 2 week period of your initial appointment. Your happiness is our top priority.
